My Senator, Russ Feingold, was the only US Senator to vote against

The Patriot Act (largely the work found unconstitutional <so far> was by Viet Dhin).

Senator Feingold really ripped his opponent, Tim Michels, apart on the Patriot Act in a Wisconsin debate last night.

Michels is largely running on his 12 years of service as a US Army Ranger-imo a militarist Bushie.

The Patriot Act should be abolished-it is unconstitutional and unhelpful in the war on terrorism.

Thank you, Russ Feingold, for voting against it (The sole US Senator to oppose it, then-I pray that's changed).

1. Michels hasn't even read the USA Patriot Act...

that part was hilarious - Feingold mopped the floor with him. Michels was smug and smirky throughout the debate, too - another all hat and no cattle puke.

Feingold is a treasure. I loved his commercial about asking the hard questions that somebody posted the other day.
