Was it just me or were there lots of long pauses???
with Old W? I thought I counted almost a 8 second pause on one line he got hung up on

1. nope, I pointed out in another thread I felt those were earpiece pauses.
because of where he focused.

5. If Bush were on a game show...
...he'd be penalized for "jumping the buzzer". Many times, he jumped in, despite the rules, and then said...NOTHING...for 5 and 10 seconds. Guess we got a glimpse of why he just sat there like a dumbass for 7 minutes when he was told the US was under attack...

7. When Pauses were replayed on Daily Show, they were really long
longer than they seemed originally. It was amazing.
