Republicans don't change lightbulbs, but they'll be happy to send your son or daughter to do it.

Or at least they get paid to, they dont always do it.

6.  Republicans will have to be told by Fox News and the
Bush Crime Family how to change the light bulb and how many people it will take since they can't do their own thinking! So it just depends on what they are told to do and how to do it.
