It just has not gotten old. One of my favorite Letterman shows in history. If you have yet to see it, I feel bad for you Kerry was spot on the entire interview. He was personable, honest, and seemed to be having a good time.
All of his answers made sense and were direct, his jabs at Bush are beautiful and actually funny.
Green Day followed with their song American Idiot. I haven't seen a band so together in ages. I have to thank them for writing a smart, catchy ass song, that does nothing but blast the media, especially when it is in heavy rotation on Clear Channel stations.
We should all thank Green Day for doing something great for the cause.
Also Kerry has been Kicking Bush ass all week, Cheney and Bush are being forced to go to places they just went to defend their vote and Kerry is just going everywhere. Kerry and the DNC just started running the best Saudi/Bush ad and you folks still aren't happy.
Damn sometimes DU makes me mad, if you aren't happy with what Kerry is saying over the last week you need to pull your head out of your ass.
People here that claim to be realistic are the ones buying into the media whore lies the most.
They think Americans are so fucking stupid that even all the families of our soldiers are going repub, news for ya 9 out of 10 US soldiers in Iraq will not vote for Bush. They think people are to wrapped up in football to even notice that they are poorer than they have ever been.
If you you believe that of your fellow Americans, you deserve for Bushco to steal the election. If you expect the worst out of people that is what you will get.
I have a few questions for those "upset" with Kerry: 1 Do you know any Gore voters voting for Bush? 2 Do you know any Bush voters voting for Kerry? 3 If we agree that the media is nothing but RW whores, then why the FUCK do you buy into their polls?
Anyway I digress, Kerry on Letterman was great, Green Day ruled and exhibited the true soul of rock music, if you haven't seen it you should click here:
