Just got an email to vote in this poll. There are 5 different polls on
the same site, and almost all involve Dan Rather. There is 1 about the gun non-vote. I don't know if I encountered a Pub site, or if there have just been a lot of them voting there.

1. WHO IS BEHIND VOTE.COM?
WHO IS BEHIND VOTE.COM?

Dick Morris and Eileen McGann. The funding of the site comes from Dick Scruggs and Steve Bozeman.

Steve Bozeman, Board Member
Steve Bozeman was a pioneer of the anti-tobacco litigation. Along with Dick Scruggs, he represented the states of Mississippi, Florida, Oklahoma, Hawaii, and a number of others in their lawsuit against the tobacco companies. They negotiated the settlement where big tobacco had to shell out over $200 billion. They also represented Jeffrey Wigand, the whistle blower who is the hero of a new movie, The Insider. They are Vice Presidents and partners in Vote.com, a fully interactive Web site designed to give Internet users a voice on important public issues and other topics......http://www.dramadept.org/who/bios/bozeman-steve.html

3. Crap.
If I had known that, I wouldn't have voted. Yuk. No wonder the results are what they are.

4. I wouldn't have been complaining if Dan had been ahead!
It's obvious that those who voted so far want Dan gone from CBS & from commenting on the election on Nov. 2nd.

2. It's been freeped.
All 4 polls have come out against CBS/Dan Rather. The gun poll...people think letting AK 47 on the streets is a good thing. :eyes:

5. I think you encountered a Pub site
The ad for the Dick Morris book on Hillary was a dead giveaway. I voted anyway, I don't mind making up a minority with that crowd- as long as I'm anonymous!
