Will Judith Miller testify or go to jail?
As per Washington Monthly blogger Kevin Drum, Rove's newspuppet Judith Miller is gonna be called up before the federal grand jury investigating the Valerie Plame leak. Drum cites the WaPo saying:
A federal judge, in an order released yesterday, ruled that New York Times reporter Judith Miller cannot avoid a subpoena to testify about her private conversations with news sources before a grand jury investigating whether senior administration officials leaked the identity of a covert CIA officer to the media.
We're taking bets now. Will Miller stand up for journalistic integrity and protect the administration or will she fold up like an Iraqi militia plattoon and sing the second she faces the music?

Me, I say she crumbles.

1. Neither. As a Bushevik Mockingbird she has protection
Nothing will happen to her, rest assured.

She is with the Fuhrer's People, and that is sufficient.

Expect an Orwellian Dog and Pony show because the Imperial Subjects need to be constant re-persuaded they are still as free as ever even and ESPECIALLY while it is all being taken away.

4. If she's smart, she'll be more afraid of Rove and the
Dan Rather example than of an impotent court.

The worst the court can do is throw her in jail.
Bush and co. would destroy her life.

5. Nothing will happen. This investigation is dead. Hurricanes, the
media trashing CBS and their screaming about Bush*s lead in the polls will smother anything about this "investigation".

6. The fact that she is still a reporter for NYT despite all the
disclosures of her unprofessional conduct with regard to WMD's,Chalabi etc.should tell us that she is one of the "untouchables" at that august newspaper. She is safe and she knows it.
