And controlled substance abuse. Has he gotten a pass on his crimes? Does money buy felons a complete pass in Florida? Is Jeb Bush involved in this case? It has been over a year now since charges were filed and yet no day in court. Why? I think some questions need asking. Some letters need to be written. Maybe to Attorney General and to Editors of major Newspapers in Florida. Why is he still a free man when many who were charged with the same crime have long since gone to jail.

how does that work? McCauly is caught with prescription, that are not his own, and he's hauled off to the slammer. Rush.. NOTHING!!! WTF was Rush not put in jail???????????????
