Can someone explain this?
If Republicans cling to the intent of the Constitution, how did we end up with a Prez and VP from the same state?

Article. II.

Section. 1.

Clause 3: The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves.

3. he did not change his state in time for the 2000 election....
it was challenged in court but the conservative circuit court said that the law does not apply to repubs....

They are only constitutional constructionists when it is convieent to them...Where in the Constitution does SCOTUS have a say in the National election?

Both those guys just use Texas as a back drop any how. Father did also. They are both Washington insiders and we all know it. They feed off the federal govt. and got rich.

Also didn't meet the deadline for changing residence, I believe.
