and I was watching him get grilled by the senate yesterday on CSPAN. It is sad that this guy will lead the CIA. He is so partisan it is scary. I listened to Maureen Dowd comment on him as well and that was not very comforting either. Sounds to me like he's a buddy of Cheney's and will help Cheney make up intelligence to start more wars.

4. He is a toadie of Cheney and having Cheney have his own guy
in that position is a very bad idea indeed.

10. Isn't it incredible?
We're in the middle of one of the biggest foreign policy blunders in the country's history. One that was largely made possible by the politicization of intelligence. And what's the Republican response?

Put a partisan hack in charge of intelligence.

11. well as I was vehemently reminded last week by DUers
CNN polls are bullshit.

Who cares what they say?

They have all been freeped.

They mean absolutely nothing.

12. Nevertheless, freeped polls have been cited by many talking heads.
It pays to un-freep them.

14. I agree with you!
but I got slammed last week for posting the results of a CNN poll where people didn't like the results.

Funny how fickle people can be here.
