ARG Getting F9/11 at Ole Miss is looking like it won't happen.

I am awaiting a phone call from the person in charge of showing movies at our University. But it costs like $800.00 to show the movie and the student programming board is already booked for the semester. There may be nothing we can do, and unless the chick that I am waiting for is a cool liberal, which I doubt, since the last movie we showed was Passion of the Christ.

I am kinda down at the moment and if anyone has any kind words I could use them.

2. Centuries ago

my friends and I started a film club at the University of Oklahoma. We were able to rent lecture halls, rent the movies, hire projectionists (other students), get promo materials from the movie distributors, print fliers, sell tickets and even (most importantly) piss off the administration. Made a little money at it too.

Why not try it with a liberal film series?
