Wanna know what I hope?

I hope the people here who are spending so much time sleuthing this forgery caper and monitoring every utterance from the bobbleheads on cable news are spending at least as much time engaged in activities that might actually help win this election. I won't delineate what those activities might be since we're all pretty sophisticated politically to figure it out on our own. But just imagine this much energy getting pored into registering voters or something. Would make the debate over whether superscript was doable on an IBM Selectric in 1972 rather moot, wouldn't it?

1. While I agree with your point...

Some of us are in areas where registering voters is either counter-productive (what good does it do to register voters when you know that they'll only vote for the Sock stuffer?) or a waste of time because 99% of the community is registered and on the warpath (my community!) or working on other, similar issues.

And there is something to be said for showing the naysayers to be making unjustified accusations as a stalling tactic, just as showing that they manipulate facts (SBVT, etc...)....
