CNN poll -- 50% believe they're "forgeries"
unbefuckinglievable

Once again, the RW manages to split the American people right down the middle.

Go and vote if you want.

7. they're an indicator
or are you falling into the "hands over the ears yelling "BLAH BLAH BLAH!"" trap?

Cognitive dissonance is for GOPers, not us.

Get real. The GOP propaganda machine is alive and well.

9. An "indicator" of what, exactly? That online polls can be easily....
...manipulated by those voting multiple times, and that some people can be fooled ALL of the time.

Why don't YOU get real?

14. it's just so nice to be attacked for passing along information
in the spirit of sharing.

Where in my post did I say I took the online poll seriously.

You are stating the obvious, and attacking me.

If you're in a bad mood about it, don't take it out on me?

Capiche?

23. You *did* imply that you took the poll seriously.
Here's your text...

unbefuckinglievable... Once again, the RW manages to split the American people right down the middle.

This comment expresses the opinion that the poll accurately reflects public opinion -- rather than it being a wildly unscientific, easily-freeped opinion poll open to anyone with Internet access (including members of Al Qaeda, who would likely want to skew the poll in favor of Bush).

30. You expressed your personal opinion that clearly gave the...
...impression that you believed the poll was genuine. Would you like to read it again? Here it is:

"CNN poll -- 50% believe they're "forgeries"

unbefuckinglievable

Once again, the RW manages to split the American people right down the middle.

35. it's only credible as an indicator
that the GOP propaganda machine has an affect on people.

If it had zero credibility, the numbers would be more like 80 - 20.

The gop's interest is in splitting the electorate and fanning the flames of hatred among us.

There is always a lot, but it's getting to the point of ridiculousness.

There are very good ways of making use of anger..... attacking your friends is not one of 'em........

8. stories that start "questions are raised about ......"
That's the red flag right there.

"questions are raised about George W. Bush's sexuality".

"questions are raised about Rumsfeld's sanity ...."

You can do that with anything. CNN does it, they did it with the Smear Boat Veterans and they're doing it now.

What's funny is my wife is furiously typing an e-mail right now to my in-laws (her brothers and sister), all of whom are Bush supporters, all of whom have drank the kool-aid and all of whom do NOT want to hear the truth.

5. Well, that settles it then
We have left the world of objective truth far, far behind, if we were ever really there.

Welcome to the world where only the truths that you like are truths, and only then as long as you find them convenient.

It's nice to know that by posing the question, CNN lends credence to this whisper campaign by the Freepers. Thanks, CNN!

13. I've just seen it posted on freerepublic
all the media outlets have been overwhelmed with emails from those morons and most polls will be freeped.

It is a true shame that we can't organize like those idiots. Compare how long it took to discredit the SwiftVet liars for Bush and how fast their claim that those Bush documents are forgeries was repeated by the media. Eight hours?

Journalists don't seem to do their own "research" anymore. They now rely on emails from right-wing nuts.

16. yes it IS a shame we can't organize like those dolts
Why is that?

They freep Yahoo stories immediately, even stories about our own WAR DEAD, which is just pathetic and disgusting.

I'm not suggesting we waste our time sitting around deleting cookies and voting over and over, but it shows the level of theire bee-like (lemming-like) mentality, and it DOES work to some extent.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. They are squeakier than we are.

21. I have long maintained there is no "lies" and "truth" in Imperial Amerika
Thanks, Busheviks and your Psychomanipulators.

This proves it.

Yes, the White house, yielding to a lawsuit, has released forgeries.

I'd say this was incredible and that the assertions (did the White House release foregries, will NOT be a question asked) make no sense.

But of course, nothing in Imperial Amerika is surprising.

Nothing.

No Soviet bootlciking, no Imperial Lie, would surprise me.

The Busheviks and their pals at CNNFAUXMSRNC etc, could sell the Jewish Blood Libel if they so chose and 50% would believe.

50%.

Make no mistake.

And even though this poll has likely been PROFESSIONALLY FREEPED with so much on the line and the "election" so close, it doesn;t matter.

People aren't necessary to the running of Imperial Amerika, a Virtual Nation, anyway.

Conservatives are allowed to define the debate here every time. If Cheney came out and said all Democrats are aliens from the Planet Fruitcake, the headlines would read "Democrats' origins in dispute".

Wild DU conspiracies don't get mainstream media play. They aren't mentioned in the mainstream.

Right-wing wacko garbage like this is not only mentioned, it defines the debate.

37. Last weekend I saw a conference on CSPAN with Krugman, Wilson....
and two other guys. One was the person who wrote the book named House of Bush, House of Saud.

One of them said (I don't remember who) that the only way of getting rid of * and the NeoCon mafia was a MEGA-Watergate. I know see he was right. Only a super scandal that meant jail terms for all this people will get America rid of them. Facts, truth, morality, fairness, integrity will not get this people out.
