Question: Were any POW's ever tried for War Crimes by the N. Vietnamese

Question: Were any POW's ever tried for War Crimes by the N. Vietnamese
Watching Hardball where there are people claiming that Kerry's name was used during torture to extract confessions of war crimes.

War crimes happened but I don't remember any trials, mock or otherwise.

Anybody know if there were any?

In other words, did Kerry's testimony ever lead to a trial by the North Vietnamese.

I think that is an important distinction...
