But libel is virtually impossible to prove against a public figure.

3. I don't know but people get sued for libel, and may be found

liable.

4. She merely reports everything that has ever been whispered about a

person. She's not making it up. She digs up every tabloid story ever written about a person, literally digs through their garbage, interviews disgruntled servants, catty "friends," ex-in-laws, junior high school acquaintances, etc.

The more powerful the figure, the easier to get this kind of dirt. And when a family is as evil and powerful as Bushco, having your secrets, even the most mundane ones revealed, makes them break into cold sweats.
