Costa Rica Wants to Be Off Coalition List. Don't worry though we still have powerhouses like Micronesia and Latvia still on the list. LOL!! I personally praise Costa Rica for wanting off the list.

I kept hearing that there was a lot of countries on the original list, although I never saw that one either.

6. it took 3 lawsuits for the Court to decide this...

the executive branch tried to convince the court, even though the Attorney General supported the lawsuits...
