Clearly some smart-aleck college kid who thinks he's sooooo funny...but isn't. I'm sure he thought he was going to sound smart and clever but instead he clearly illustrated how juvenile and stupid he is.

"I'm going to vote for who ever looks the least French." That has to be one of the stupidest comments of all time -- and then he couldn't even explain why he's going to do that.

I'm sure he was amused by the 'fraternity hijinks' at Abu Graib too.
