14. It was a four-day grimace for me.

And I literally destroyed my diet with all the chocolate I really, desperately needed to get me through it. But I was invited to be the "leftie" on a radio talk show in Vancouver last Saturday night. It's hosted by a conservative woman named Rachel Marsden, who writes for a republi-CON website and is, indeed, rather conservative herself. I've been on her show before. She's actually rather nice to work with, and she'll take potshots at liberals without insulting the liberal who's actually a guest - which I appreciate. I thought she and I made a good mix, actually. But I had to watch the damn thing. And I'm glad I did, not just to be well-armed with information, but to avoid looking as stupid as John McCain did, after he publicly lambasted Michael Moore for things in "Fahrenheit 9/11" that were NOT in the movie, only later to have to admit that he himself NEVER SAW THE MOVIE and didn't plan to. I mean, SHIT, John, at least KNOW what you're slamming.
