Dubya's whole life is "Strings to get in and Strings to get out"....
Edited on Thu Sep-09-04 08:44 AM by trumad
Think about it... Strings to get into the NG and strings to get him out with an honorable discharge without fulfilling his duties...Financing for his failed business adventures, and Money from Daddy's friends to bail him out.... Strings to get into Harken, and strings that told him to sell and make 800,000 bucks... Strings to invest that 800 grand in the Rangers, and strings when Tom Hicks bought the team making Dubya 14 million.

And of course the biggest string of all.... Daddy's buddies in SCOTUS getting him into the White House.

1. That was just the business part
You forgot his academic "career" and his military "career". Exactly the same thing.

3. No wonder he's a puppet
take away the strings and you have a heap, collapsed on a floor.
