Cooper82, your explaination was concise and clear. I was looking for someone like you had been there and knows the truth in how the system works.

Now my problem is, that it is all so simple and clear, why hasn't a "media whiz" ask the question in such a manner that would expose him. We consistently get facts put out there, but in a manner that can be sloughed off or denied.

Just for drill, I am going to take your explaination of the system, locate that listing of all the news services and send it to them to see what happens.

1. I've had practice putting that together-

I have told my story and writen reporters with it and even posted it here at DU and got no traction. Dumbya could have keep all his records but one and it would answer most questions- the "undeleted" DD-214. I don't know what the difference is between the "deleted" and the "undeleted" forms, my copy is the former.

I brought the thing up about being discharged and new enlistment by the receiving unit to a retired Texas Army Guardsman. He said he thought it was different for officers. I don't think so.
