CBS 60 Minutes affiliate check in thread: What did difff. affiliates show
I see lots of talk about this, and I think it would be helpful to start a canonical list of stations that did or did not show the Barnes story tonight. I will start

WCTV-Tallahassee-SHOWED the Piece

25. Hi, John - I am also in Raleigh! I was out and did not get a chance....
to see it. Off topic, but I work in RTP, and am amazed at the number of cars with Kerry bumper stickers, vs "the Other" one.

46. Hi tomatoman....... good to know you're out there among those
other Kerry bumper stickers. Didn't I hear that RTP has the highest concentration of PHD's in the country? That should explain the prevalense of Kerry B stickers. Kidding aside- there are still not enough of them out there.

Channel 3

Big military bases here, too

BTW I'm a defense worker/veteran, and W is not all that popular as you might think amongst the military and civilians here. He's losing support. I have a big Kerry bumper sticker on my clipboard and I no longer hide my political leanings at work...and I talk to the young military guys about voting every chance I get. If I can plant a seed here and there I do it.

And we're going to organize a protest against this station. We don't know when it will be yet. But the other station in town with a news department will film us if we do this. So we better get started.

22. 60 Minutes CENSORED IN INDIANAPOLIS and Terre Haute IN tonite !!
Wish-tv 8 the CBS affiliate in Indianapolis was showing some goofy shit about all the pro sports franchises that have ever been in Indianapolis. I saw it and forgetting that the 60 Minutes was supposed to be on, said to another person, "man they must really have nothing to show tonight." Little did I reazlize until reading here that censorship is alive and well in Bu$h League Indiana !!

And you wonder why Indiana is always one of the very first states announced in the Republican column on election night? Wonder no more. I wonder how much else is censored now that I have seen this, maybe this expalains a LOT for years on end. We never had the internet and a forum such as this to make comparisons before now.

Sure makes one wonder.

26. CBS Richmond
had non stop weather coverage during an hours long
tornado watch. A random storm effect left over from Frances?
I think not. A clever cover at best.
I bet it was planned by Rove to keep Richmond
in the dark. Had to watch the CBS affiliate in Wash DC.

Good to see it on here in Southeast TX. Southeast TX is a weakly Democratic area, though I was surprised our CBS affiliate which shows The 700 Club would dare give it airtime.

45. CBS affiliate in Dayton, OH showed it.
In full. They showed a Dim Son campaign ad right before it started, though. Haven't heard from any of the Cinci contingent that it wasn't shown on the CBS affiliate down there, so I'm guessing it must have been on in full. You'd think if they were going to suppress it, they'd want to kill it down here. Of course, most right-wingers down here call CBS the 'communist broadcasting system' anyway, so they probably just didn't watch.
