remember when bu$h said in his convention speech, something like, "we're going to do away with all these frivolous law suits so doctors like Ob/Gyns can practice without fear"??? Well, he repeated it tonight, but said something like, "....so Ob/Gyns can practice love with the women they serve." Sorta like that.

She went to Hagenmeyer's Warsaw clinic for a school physical when she was 16. She says she was shocked when he asked her about sex and touched her in ways she considered inappropriate.

"He was checking my heart and went underneath my dress, underneath my bra and touching my breast," she said, "and then when he did the stomach check he went further down than my stomach, touching my pubic bone and further down."

Several others also accused Hagenmeyer of inappropriate touching. A jury found him guilty of molesting and sexual misconduct, but his conviction was overturned because of a trial court error. Still, state regulators suspended his license, saying his conduct was lewd and immoral.

Considering this is one of Bush's (failed) nominees, I doubt Bush has a problem with doctors practicing their love on their patients.

Carolyn Kuhl (failed nominee), dismissed a breast cancer patient’s claim of invasion of privacy, after her doctor brought a drug company representative into the room during a breast exam. The unidentified man who came in with her doctor was "introduced as 'a person' who was looking at Dr. Polonsky's work." The doctor took Ms. Sanchez's fan from her hand during the exam and asked the man to fan her, after which they both laughed and refused when she asked to have it back.
