1. In other news, undertakers say they have perfected methods for thawing
bodies that are virtually undetectable, and give an almost life-like appearance.

To having a menage a' trois with Ashley Judd and Chloe Sevigny.

7. Read the damn thing again.
It is a marvel of burning words without saying one thing that is substantive. Just palaver.

8. Here's a news flash for you
Ronald Reagan is still dead. Seriously, if binladen is caught for real, thats good news. He is a criminal and needs to be brought to justice.

9. local US administration spin on a bizarre Pakistani official statement.
in an earlier report the Pakistani official was quoted, I paraphrase, as saying, 'it could happen today, tomorrow, next month, but it will happen. things are in place'. duh.

my point being, this has always been true. it could happen.

interesting time for this to get run up the PR flagpole, of course.

10. This is going to be the new bait and switch...
The Administration (Rove) is going to Play the 'Bin-laden in E-flat major' to the hilt during the next month.

The Idea will be to steal the spotlight at key points.(Like when Bush* sucks in a debate, or Kerry does something kool)
This will be done right through October, I'm guessing about... 3 times we'll hear,"Osama was sited at a gas station in Pakistan", or, "A deep Al-Qaeda operative we didn't blow the cover on says Osama will be at Prince Saud's nephew's mother's cousin's friend's bar-mitzvha."
All through October we can expect this kind of 'Roving'.

Then, if we haven't caught him, expect 'unconfirmed reports' of his capture on Nov. 1st.

12. Osama
He will never be taken alive. It won't be as much of a bounce because it will probably take months of DNA testing to know if his corpse is really his.

15. If Bin Laden is caught how many Democrats will vote for Bush?
ZERO! All we need to remember is that when Democrats vote, Democrats win. We have to get out the vote and make sure it is counted. Bin Laden needs to be caught, but his capture doesn't erase the crimes of the regime at the White House.
