When did this happen...Anybody..
I was comparing reports from the CNN.com site for DNC and RNC coverage and came across this statement by a CNN reporter named
Sean Loughlin, that states the Kerry team "courted Mccain". To my recollection, even Mccain said he was never asked...
"McCain's political star has risen this campaign season. He was courted by the Kerry camp to consider joining the Democratic ticket, and he has been..."

1. This keeps cropping up and my understanding is
that it's untrue. I wonder why they are trying to create that impression? Does it help or hurt McCain?

McCain is being hyped into the Democratic Campaign and it needs to stop.

6. Personally, I think McCain keeps this coming up.
You know he's looking to 2008 and wants Dems as well as Repugs to think he's a great guy, wanted by both parties. Talk about a man who sold his soul.

5. This was a rumor begun by Ron Fournier, an AP republican propagandist
who writes sneaky articles about John Kerry with little lies and innuendoes all through the articles. IMO, he's about as believable as the Swifties.

Fournier never seems to have a source that is not an "unnamed official".

7. I could go behind the Repugs with a 40,000 lb semi 24/7 and still
couldn't pick up all the elephant-sh*t the leave behind.
They make me sick.
