I'm by no means an expert on the radio industry, but I know as soon as they started that their initial model of demanding low wattage stations carry all of their programming was doomed for failure. Going with a more traditional syndication model is paying off. I don't think it'll ever be as successful as conservative talk radio, but it doesn't need to be nor should we expect it to.

She will shout you down and she turns the callers' volume down. I never call talk radio anyway, so there is no problem for me.

I just started listening to AAR since we got new Linux/Windows computers at work. Before we were on Unix Terminals without any sound card and no Real Player, Quicktime or Windows Media Player. Didn't even have Flash. If you work in a big metal building the radio reception is usually bad. Internet radio reception is much better.

19. Moved to Colorado....ahhhh

When I moved to Buena Vista, CO, actually I live 10 miles north of the city, I didn't realize what right wingers they were.

I also didn't realize that most of the 30 homes around me are GOP dickheads. What is worse, many don't drink beer. It's almost a religious cult. Or since the are GOP's they may only drink beer if I happen to pay for it.

Good to hear DEN has got a station going. That is a big step for Colorado.

But something I have noticed, there are some donkey bumper stickers up here. Some on has balls.

But back I go to Arizona in a few weeks where it is warm and sunny. But that place as ya know is elephant country. Can't seem to win anywhere.
