3 Dean events in Portland Monday, 2 free and open to public.

AUGUST 30, 2004
"This Monday, August 30, will be a red-letter day for local Deaniacs as Gov. Howard Dean, M.D. will appear at three events in Portland--two of them free and open to the public!

Start your day by finding a seat in the auditorium of the Multnomah Arts Center for the book-signing event, which begins at 1:00 (but get there early!).

Clutching your newly autographed copy of "You Have the Power" or "Winning Back America," hop on I-5 and head over to Billy Reed's at 4:30 for a very special grassroots get-together with Howard and Dean Dozens candidates Tom Potter! Let's see what Howard has to say about the attack ads running against Tom.

Finally, take a deep breath, put new batteries in your digital camera and head on over the Broadway Bridge to the Weiden + Kennedy building (perhaps we can caravan with Howard?!) for the Environment2004 fundraiser featuring Howard, along with Thomas Lauderdale and China Forbes of Pink Martini! "

1. I'll definitely pencil this in.

I cried and cried when he didn't win the
primaries.

He reminds me of a fire hydrant, and I
want to see him up close and personal dammit
I want to say THANKS!!!!!
