Hannity Board Gone Ban Happy
Edited on Fri Aug-27-04 12:37 PM by Dick_Tuck
It's clear that Hannity has gone ban happy. Lee Kington is a nutcase on a mission. If Hannity is going to ban users using lies and misrepresentations, I suggest that those banned make life as miserable as possible for the moderators.

I've found cases of Lee Kington banning other people, who are not me, with the claim that they were me. Since I change my proxy server often, unless Lee illegaly installed unknown spyware on my machine, there's no way he could know it was me. In any case, many of his bans, he's claimed to be me, and they were not. He's borderline insane about this new power.

Lee has used his powers to track people, and has threatened to use private information against them. He's not an ethical person. So never give this board anything remotely accurate or something that will identify you.

Here's some suggestions.

When you resign up, get a free proxy server. Be sure to delete your hannity cookies. Get another email address.

If Lee doesn't ban you in a day, save that account, and start a new one, following the same steps.

When Lee bans you, send an email to Sean Hannity, Alan Colmes, and WABC complaining about the capricious nature of the ban.

Here's a recommended email list:

customerservice@abc.com
Steve.Jones@abc.com
John.E.McConnell@abc.com
webmaster@hannity.com
James.Grisham@abc.com
phil.boyce@abc.com
Hannity@foxnews.com
Colmes@foxnews.com

Be sure to include links, and other information.

Obviously nobody here likes Sean Hannity, but how they run their board is their business. We don't have a policy in the rules about ganging up on other message boards (we used to), but when your main purpose for being at DU appears to be to stir up trouble against another board, we would prefer that you don't do that.
