Air America and guest hosts
Does anyone else feel like Air America should start having guests hosts for all of its shows? I tuned in to Al Franken today and it's another "best of show." I know Al, Randi, and the morning shows choose not to use guest hosts, while the Majority Report does on occasion.

I can understand their preference not to, but I feel like some lesser known liberal hosts (perhaps some of AA's weekend hosts) could get some good recognition if they filled for the popular shows.

I would love to hear Michael Moore or Jim Hightower.

3. Great Idea
I get sick of so many repeat shows. There are so many good voices out there that need to be heard, especially right now with the run-up to the election.
Also wanted to add that Thom Hartmann's show is on right now on RadioPower.org if you don't want to listen to the AAR re-run.

5. Yes, it is absolutely essential that they do this.
Talk radio isnt like a tv show. People want to have the narration. They want to tune in and hear people discussing the things they are thinking about. It amazes me that they havent realized this yet.
