Has any other President in history every kissed a Senator on the head?

I saw a clip of Bush kissing McCain on the head at an event (followed by a hug, which is another thing) and it just seemed VERY, VERY strange to me. I just don't know any men, gay or straight, who kiss other men on the head like that. Is it some kind of mafia-type thing or what???

I don't like living in Bushworld. It isn't just evil, it's profoundly bewildering.
