4. The Deferred Comp Plan?

Is that a payment of a delayed salary like a baseball player might have in his contract, or is it a 457 Plan?

I was under the assumption it was a 457 Deferred Comp Plan which would be like having an old 401(k) with a company that you've left. I wouldn't call that a financial tie.

The stock options are a problem. You can't sell them and most expire worthless, so there's no way to put any value on them. If we knew the strike prices, we could at least know if there's the possibility of them someday being worth something or not.
