Let's not forget that people who violate immigration laws are, after all, criminals. Bush has completely eliminated effective enforcement of employer fines. He knows his buddies want cheap labor.

My old friend, a '63 4WD Chevy pickup was totaled, but I was not injured. Their car was totaled and was registered in California, no insurance, no way to track them down.

One of them was bleeding pretty bad. Police never even tried to find them. I was SOL.
