Rumsfeld comes up with some esoteric terminology from time to
time that I have trouble deciphering completely. One such term he has coined is Total Information Dominance.I understand vaguely what he is trying to say.But if any DUer can shed some more light on this Orwellian terminology I would appreciate it.

1. He knows.
More about you than you do. Your past is interesting, but your future is ours.

4. I thought this falls under "If you can't dazzle them with intelligence,
baffle them with bullshit" category.but knowing this guy's ability to
terrify even a guy like Nixon, one has to be careful that he does not have something sinister in mind.

6. Rumsfeld is a nut

Orwellian stuff aside, Rumsfeld is rarely cogent. Ever read "The Existential Poetry of Donald Rumsfeld"? He really has a knack for long answers to simple questions that not only evade the question, but are completely indecipherable English sentences.

7. In Rumsfeld' case ,it would be appropriate to ask: Is this by design?"
