Who Knows?
Where the next step in the current U.S. exercise in imperialism will lead our nation's military, our "allies" and the entire rapidly developing "war on terrah machine". Will it be Iran, North Korea...somewhere else? Will we get to bogged down in Iraq to proceed with the Bush regimes obviously nefarious, evil and longterm international scheme of war and conquest? Or will we suddenly be told that a new and more dangerous enemy has caused the focus of our war efforts to be diverted from Iraq and centered on some new foe who is described as posing a more immediate and dangerous threat to U.S. security? This is what I believe occurred with respect to the Afghanistan theatre of war and what I fear will take place now with respect to Iraq and my guess would be Iran. If you DU'ers notice the media and government demonization of Iran has already begun and it is my firm conviction that this is not accidental. It is clear to me that we are being prepared as a nation for a series of violent conflicts/conquests abroad primarily in the Middle East. Any thoughts on this?
