Group of Seniors overheard at the market
Three elderly shoppers (70-ish man and two women) were chatting in the dairy department of the local Stop & Shop...I believe their discussion began over the price of milk, but that really isn't germane. The elderly gentleman was ranting on and on to the women, "Bush has ruined this country! I'd rather vote for...for...for..." He could't come up with a name. The two women were agreeing with him "Oh, it's terrible." Nothing specific, just nodding and agreeing with him. He did finally come up with "Mighty Mouse" for his alternative candidate. The women chuckled and said "well, let's just hope people wake up by November!" and they all parted company with polite good-byes.

Hmmmm, Mighty Mouse...here he comes to save the daaaaaay! I kinda like it!

2. I love to hear these stories...Thanks for posting, Atman
There is no way in Hell Bush will win in November. People are so fed up with everything. How did someone this incompetent ever get elected?

3. Remember, Shrub was Selected
not elected.

"How did someone this incompetent ever get elected?"

5. Well, you are right. But quite a few Americans voted
for that idiot and too many are still supporting him, despite his utter incompetence. How embarrassing for America.

6. Maybe this guy has been listening to Rush
He's been calling Kerry "Mighty Mouse" and endlessly playing the Mighty Mouse theme song. However, if he wants to vote for Kerry, Rush doesn't seem to be making the desired impact.
