Here is one man who probably holds the record for friends with dictators.
Charles Taylor, Mobutu Sese Seko, Frederick Chiluba, Efrain Rios Montt, and Jorge Serrano. There may also be many more than this too.

He was friends with the now deceased death squad leader, Roberto D'Aubuisson.

His bigotry makes him look like a monster and an idiot.
