Maybe you could shed a little light to us DUers... Kerry had maintained a slight lead over Bush for quite some time, and we are seeing a larger lead now that the convention has concluded. Perhaps you could explain how the Kerry campaign is feeling about this lead: is it a "bump," experienced often after a convention, or is this a deeply rooted lead (due to the hardened dem base)?

1. or like in CA & during 2000
they can say Dems are ahead-
then it can be close-
then they can steal the election.
you know they'll go into poor neighborhoods & say
the election was postponed -don't go vote.
