Its the fact that he sat there until condi came up to him and led him out by the chin. i wish that point would get some play.

If condi had not come into the classroom to get him out, how long would he have sat there? I know he had a couple of calls to make, one directing all investigations be pointed away from the Saud's, and two, arranging transportation for the BL family.

1. I disagree
The most important things one can learn from Bush's uninterrupted participation in the photo-op, are:

1)If they really believed America was under attack by some outside force, with the ability to hijack planes and crash them, the Secret Service should have acted to protect him. His appearance was publicly announced and he always should be considered a target. Fact was, they knew he was in no danger because nothing that happened that morning was a surprise, except maybe for Duhbya.

2) No one needed to speak with him. Nobody cared what he thought. The Commander-in-Chief was absolutely irrelevant. After Card tells him that "America is under attack", he doesn't even wait for a comment. What Duhbya thought was unimportant to him.

5. It screams that, doesn't it?
Even the official story bears that out: Richard Clarke made the decisions that day, Cheney was there in case an approval was needed and Bush flew from bunker to bunker until he was needed for the next photo op.

8. Well we agree that the official story is BS
But I'd say that your friends are right, and you are either underinformed, or too afraid to accept the only logical conclusion regarding a lot of facts kept out of the public eye.

Nobody can tell me that Larry Silverstein just got lucky.

<SNIP>
He {Silverstein} will only talk a little about "that morning," Sept. 11.

"That morning," he offers, "was the serendipitous quality of life."

3. His planned itinerary for 9/11 called for a 9:30 photo-op and
words to the local press. Interestingly, that 9:30 photo-op was on time. It appears that he hit his marks pretty well that morning.
