and, by the way, I've always been hanging out in GD2004 for the most part, so now I'm wondering how many great stories I was missing out on! I'm glad that I'll no longer be out of the loop (despite the fact that apparently I didn't realize I was out of the loop...)

and there is such a thing as a discussion being TOO general. Categorizing the discussions makes things easier. If you want to talk about the election you can still do it, and now that forum isn't so slow.
