September is when this Admin. introduces “New Products”…
Remember Andy Card last year? ``From a marketing point of view, you don't introduce new products in August.''

Sept. 2001 – Do I have to remind you?

Sept. 2002 – The Iraq War Resolution

Sept. 2003 - ???????????????

Post your guesses here. There are indications that RW Israelis want us to go after Syria. A week or so ago we were told Iran is a year or two away from going nuclear. Then there's Korea. And all the while it's clear to everyone we don't have enough troops to "stabilize" Iraq. Will they wait out the season and stay with last year's model? Or perhaps a domestic outrage?

I have no idea where the next outrage will come from

there is that unconfirmed story about the mass grave of US troops, as well as ther other story that they died planting WMD, but were shot at by friendly fire...

Somewhere, sometime, somehow, I expect then to do something to diffuse the criticisms about the war

but I'll put NOTHING past these devils!:grr:

3. I think the PNAC plan calls for dominoing Iraq, Iran, Syria.
But it just ain't working out.

However, that has NEVER stopped George who stays on message like an energizer bunny.

It should be really interesting, in a horrifying kind of way, if we're still alive to watch.

I'm expecting more and more Republicans to realize we're not in Kansas anymore.

7. There seems to be an attempt to "internationalize" Iraq, BUT...
on PNAC's terms. Could they be trying to free up troops for something else?

5. It's God, Gays, Guns...
There's not enough military muscle to do another country.
The economy's in the toilet.

I think Judge Moore, and the Consitutional amendment defining marriage, are the thin end of a couple of wedges.

N. Korea next to hear U.S. war drum

Thursday, Aug. 7, 2003

Beijing — A senior Pentagon adviser has given details of a war strategy for invading North Korea and toppling its regime within 30 to 60 days, adding muscle to a lobbying campaign by U.S. hawks urging a pre-emptive military strike against Pyongyang's nuclear facilities.

8. September or October is when they find the WMDs
they've brought to Iraq. Rove will have given the dems enough rope to hang themselves on the absence of WMDs. He also can't possible let Bush's poll numbers get any lower. It's going to be the ultimate "I told you so.' moment. Except it will completely miss the point -- because the reason for the war was 'imminent danger' and by any stretch of the imagination Iraq or Hussein, with or without WMDs, was no danger.

If not WMDs, then they'll produce a dead Hussein.

11. So they can't have another terrorist attack on
American soil. It would make Tom Ridge and Homeland Security look really incompetent, but maybe the WMD might be "found" or Saddam's body might be "found" or Saddam alive might be "found"

For the last two years everyone in this admin. has been using the phrase "it's not a question of if, but when".
