U.S. military weakness
Some years back Amnesty International reported that about 85% of the casualties in modern warfare are women, children, the elderly, and other noncombatants. This seems to be holding true in Iraq. If about 85% of what our military does is collateral damage, and only a mere 15% or less is mission accomplishment, it looks to me as if our military, like its Commander-in-Chief, is a miserable failure.

3. Give them box cutters, not daisy cutters.
They seem to be more effective. Much cheaper, too.
