1. It's my understanding that the best approach would be two pronged
an investigation by a House and/or Senate committee and an investigation by the DOJ. The House and Senate can take care of the conflict of interest issues and abrogation of treaties, the DOJ can take care of some of the criminal issues surrounding the nobid contracts awarded to top GOP contributors and the subsequent war profiteering.
There will need to be at least an exhaustive investigation of Bushco along both these lines if we're ever to get the US reputation as a country based upon law back. Personally, I think trials and convictions will be needed to accomplish this.
