I can't wait until Bush's speech at the repub convention!
It is going to be awesome! He will look like an idiot and talk like one, too. I can just picture that deer-in-the-headlights look now.

Oh, it's gonna be sweet.

Now, if only I could stomach listening to the idiot for more than two minutes...

1. They will find a reason to cancel it, they are too afraid of him
at the podium! Rove had to call him back today when he said "if I knew then what I know now, we still would have invaded Iraq."

Some how, they will cancel his speech. (imho)

2. Yeah,but remember.........
The media whores and the whore pundits will be praising him like Jesus. It will be the "best" speech any candidate ever gave at a convention. That's the kind of bullshit we have to deal with.

5. "praising him like Jesus"
That cracks me up. I'll be curious to see who comes the closest to orgasm while speaking about him and his wonderful speaking style.

4. You could be surprised.
I dure don't mean that I can stand to look or listen to him either, but he can do reasonably well with a prepared and long practiced speech. We've all seen it. It's when he has to answer questions, or do anything extemp. that he gets all befuddled, toungtied, and stupid.

I don't expect a great delivery because he's not capable of that, but he'll probably do OK.

His major problem is going to be the debates...if they have any. Throw him a question he isn't expecting, and he choakes!

6. Doesn't he realize that pronouncing the indirect article "a"
as a long "a" makes him sound like a first grader?
Well...that makes it official. I hate everything he says even down to the one-letter words. :eyes:

7. Wish his two daughters had to introduce him with family memories,
as the Kerry daughters did their father. Only the Bush girls' childhood memories, being during those pre-age 40 years when he was drunk and drugged would not be very pretty to share would they?

I'd love the comparison of Kerry giving CPR to his daughter's hamster, and Bush stuffing frogs with firecrackers because he enjoyed watching them blown to bloody bits.

9. Unfortunately, if he barfs on the podium, the media will say "brilliant!"

* will be propped up by so many RW talking heads that I fear it's going to be a love-fest.

The Chimp could drool, stammer, go into a flop-sweat, massacre the English language, and so on, but the whore media will call it the "speech of his life."

11. "Well, Bill, wasn't that a strong bit of puke?"
Bill O'Reilly: "Why, yes it is, Peter. He can puke far better than his daddy ever did. That was masterful. Simply masterful."

15. Bush's speeches induce projectile vomiting.
Everyone who travels by air in the next few weeks, be sure to collect as many of those little bags from the seat pockets as you can. They will be very useful if you should chose to watch the Rethuglican convention.

18. I'm betting a terror alert keeps him away and he videotapes it.
Too much risk that he blows it live....so they'll have him videotape it for the convention. That way they can edit it for screw-ups.
