Has Bush resign himself to defeat or does he have something else up his sl

I'm listening to White Rose recording of Friday's Tony Tripiano's show. Tony is talking with Al Martin. It seems to me that Tony thinks Bush is losing big and that he has resigned himself to it. Al just made some comment about Karen Hughes and the Bush campaign pulling out of several states and cutting back on fund raising - like they might be losing - but what if they plan to call off the elections and just flat out take over. So what do you all think?

1. The Egomaniac who thinks he was chosen by God to be president?

THe man who lives in constant denial? The man who THRIVES on political payback (his role in his dad's admin was to scour the news media for negative reports and identify the reporters so that the WH could freeze them out or otherwise retaliate.) I just don't see the characteristics of a man who would concede at this point in the game (or ever.)
