8. I've done better-
I've worn a PINK SHIRT! TO WORK! And NOBODY had the GUTS to say anything to my FACE about it, either, considering the fact that they'd walk away with 50% less vision, approx 30% fewer teeth, and be in desperate need of a TRUSS down below!

:nopity:

7. Pink is SUCH a hot color for boys now
I know that sounds VERY strange but it started showing up last year in t-shirts, laces on Converse tennis shoes, etc. Usually pink shirts with black writing or trim. Then there are pink button down dress shirts which are hot with the younger 20s crowd of men (not all of them, obviously).

It's a certain pink, too, not too light, and just bordering on hot pink.

12. Then you are very hip
and on the cutting edge of men's trendy wear.

But did you know men are now starting to never tuck shirts in, not even button down dressy shirts with a tie? Nope, not tucked in. That's the newest newest new. You heard it here first, from Dallas.

14. I remember I had a pink shirt in the 80's
It was a button down - Polo? I think it was Polo. When you are young you can wear almost anything and look good.

The power of pink

Real men dare to wear the pastel.

Think pink.

If you're picturing ballerina shoes or a flouncy sundress - pretty, girlie, feminine things - then you're way behind the times.

These days, pink is popping up in the most unlikely places. Over hairy chests. Covering bulging biceps. Atop a buzz cut.

This is the summer of the masculine pink. Rappers, politicians, business types, inner-city boys on the city bus - all dressed in bubble gum, cotton candy, sunset pinks. For them, and other confident men, pink is the new white.

"Pink is just fly," said Kenny McAllister, who studies lifestyle trends at the New York-based marketing company AMPdi. "It's big everywhere. Especially on men."

The springy color choice is surprising. Not just because for ages men have been prisoners to the dark, drab latter half of the color spectrum, but also because pink has long been stereotyped as only for girls. Period. The end.
