If these nights are having an effect on an incredibly cynical contrarian, I'm guessing its making heads explode across the country. Ignore the Clinton stuff and check out this email:

Subject: The future of the Democrats
After a day of Hannity on the O'Franken Factor, Michael Moore on the O'Reilly factor, and Joe Scarborough basically endorsing John Kerry last nite, I must say at this point that I am pretty optimistic about this party because of the speeches of Carter and this Barack Obama...
I think John Kerry will be the last of the Bill Clinton Democrats who you know I despise (although until tonight I thought Clinton made the best and most persuasive speech I could have imagined).
Anyhow... getting back to the new democrats... Elliot Spitzer... John Edwards... Al Franken (2006 senator)... and the first black pres...
Barack Obama... this guy had more confidence and urbanity and intelligence and congeniality than Clinton times three.
I love seeing these mill workers sons and sons of Kenyan immigrants going to unc or Harvard law schools etc...
not to mention the new Nader who is smart enough to gain power through the democratic party, Elliot Spitzer. I am almost ready to relegate Nader's platform to whoever will have him when I look at the transformation of this party......
while it is true that Kerry got the nomination and is not too dissimilar to Bill Clinton who I think is a war criminal, I cannot discount the new voices that have risen up within this rather pathetic party as of 2000... Howard Dean, John Edwards, Elliot Spitzer and now this Barack Obama have extreme amounts of hope and inspiration......
I also think they will have a great influence on Kerry, bringing out the best in him.

I imagine bother Nader and Rove are gonna have trouble sleeping tonight. Tomorrow's pathetic "truth squad" attack should be fun.
