Rightwing Radio flocking to the Democratic Convention

I heard Hannity bragging about going, but this morning Neal Boortz was crowing about broadcasting from there as well.

What is going on here, people?

Is this common? I can't remember back to 2000. Did these jerks attend then as well?

And what could they hope to gain by showing up where they are definitely not wanted?

They put out enough lies and distortions as it is.

The DNC credentials these people, just as the RNC does for Franken and the rare "liberals" who want to cover the convention.

I think it's funny how in a lather the wingnuts are about the Democratic convention...guess it must be they hate when we tell the truth. We'll hear all sorts of "side stories" and fights and dirt all week...or lies about what was being said.

These are the preachers throwing red meat to their choirs. Let 'em come and I hope they are confronted by many DU'ers...they feel uncomfortable and hide in the hotels and radio suites since they know they can't mingle among the people.

What will drive me nuts will be the cable networks who seat some of these wingnuts on their coverage. I fully expect Tweety to dust off Pegs Noonan (I think she's finally gotten over the Raygun death thing) and Tony Fatassley...plus CNN will have Novakula and the newsbabes with the RNC & Whitehouse piped directly in to ask questions. Faux...sheesh, that'll be for full comic relief.

As usual I'll watch a lot of what's going on via C-SPAN and get the best analysis every night with Jon Stewart.
