2. I don't know what to make of Bustamante through

all of this. It would seem that he shouldn't be undermining Davis' fight against the Repuke insurgents in this. I didn't care for his tough love solution either.

Not only that, sore loser Bill Simon has been all over local television spreading the rumor that Davis tripled car registration fees. It was former Governor Pete Wilson, who did that not Davis.
Do the lying Repukes think we are that gullible or don't they even care?

3. It's egos--all egos

In Sacramento every politicians believes in his heart he should be governor Cruz doesn't want to languish if Davis goes down.

He did the math, and knows he can get in if he goes now.
Maybe build the base he was working on for the 2006 run when Davis term limits out.

I feel pretty good right now that we can defaet the recall on its face .

My question: do we get results on the gov. replacement vote if the recall is rejected?

you just reminded me, this is the NUMBER ONE BULLSHIT LIE being spread now. I am trying to get the anti-recall callers to mention this; even the partisans on this issue are surprised to hear this was dereg Pete's program, and Davis was just there when it triggered.
