http://www.washingtonspeakers.com/speakers/speaker.cfm?SpeakerId=4153Watts appeared on last night's Hannity & Colmes. Fox has not yet posted a transcript of the conversation.
He was asked about Bush's chance for re-election, given his 50% (and often lower) approval rating. Watts replied (not an exact quote, but my best recollection):
"I think we'll get down to the last 60 days of the election, when Kerry starts addressing issues and offering his own solutions. When the rubber meets the road, people are not going to like what they hear, they will vote for Bush, and I believe he will win."
The link I provided is for the Washington Speakers Bureau, and Mr. Watts is "exclusively represented" by them. You have to contact them for his "fee code" but if you were impressed by his election predictions, here are the fee ranges:
1 = $1,000 - $7,500
2 = $7,501 - $10,000
3 = 10,001 - $15,000
4 = 15,001 - $25,000
5 = 25,001 - $40,000
6 = 40,001 & UP
