Did Sibel Edmonds have the press conference today?

Sorry if there's already a thread on this. I did a search, but didn't find anything except the thread from yesterday about her response to the dismissal of her lawsuit.

Any more info? :-)

NPR's the connection.org (WBUR)this morning. She was wonderful and really gracious towards a couple small minded callers.

They mentioned that she was going to file an appeal today, but said nothing about a press conference.

Yesterday's thread said there would be a press conference today. I guess that was a mistake. :shrug:

it may have been related to her filing her appeal, but they didn't mention it. I did miss a minute or two of the show going from my car to my house via the washing machine though.

They do archive the shows at the connection's site and in my area, it rebroadcasts in the evening. It was a great interview and is worth a listen. IMHO

I applaud Sibel - she did say that she would have a press conference today.

BTW, I am aghast at the criminal nature of our government and the Bush appointed judge who the case was "mysteriously" transferred to and who sat on it for over a year before dismissing it (I guess he even pretended to feel bad about this). I get enraged when I hear about the things that Asscraft is doing in the name of terrorism. The Chimp said he wasn't going to let these terrorists change our way of life because that would mean victory for them, now he's allowing his OWN PERSONAL political power play destroy our country by doing everything possible to change our way of life by making us paranoid and suppressing anybody who shows that these techniques are dastardly and unpatriotic and ILLEGAL! I fucking hate the bunch of killers holding our country hostage. I fucking hate them.
