No Trials = No Trial Lawyers
What a better world that would be! We should just find a really good person to decide matters and solve crimes without a bunch of rich lawyers getting involved. I think John Ashcroft would be really good at that because he knows a guilty person just by looking at him. He's as smart as Judge Judy, and he can sing too. 0:-> (That's Jesus if you can't tell)
Malpractice lawyers are the worst of the whole ball of wax. They make everybody's medicine expensive because when a doctor cuts off somebody's wrong leg it's an honest mistake, and plus that person will need a lot of medicine and it's expensive because of malpractice. Everybody loses. Then they are laughing in your face all the way to the bank.
It's blaming the victim for a man missing his wrong leg to have to go to the malpractice court! And money doesn't buy legs, so get over it. Like Ollie North said, shit happens. I had that on a shirt which got lost or maybe stolen I think, because a lot more goes on at the laundromat than you might think except to look at some of the people there, in which case it's no surprise.
Non-trial lawyers are a different kettle of fishes. They are not like greedy vampires, just honest people that want to help irregardless of the cost. They help corporations figure out their taxes and stuff like how to buy other companies for cheap so nobody goes out of business. And that creates a gooder service, and when a gooder service is created people get a job. It's basic economics, as any fool could say.
Instead the trial lawyers have argued in the Supreme Court of the land and made it so they can get trials for terrorists who are mostly loaded because they are from Arab oil money. So it's a big payday except until just lately there were no trials for terrorists at all. That's what's called a coincidence, and I think it smells.
