Are you quite sure that Michael Moore made this statement? Can you provide me with a link or a credible source? You know, A LOT of things get said about someone, but that doesn't make it true. For example, Al Gore never said he invented the internet, and really and truly, President Clinton was not a draft dodger (because he was a Rhodes Scholar, he got a student deferment, when he returned he took his chances with the draft)

So, you provide me with some kind of credible evidence and we will then discuss it. However, just for the sake of argument, even if he did say it, in my opinion, it would not impact the truth of Farenheit 911.

Thanks DU'ers for your help. I also emailed him the Falwell link and followed up on the suggestion to go to Michael Moores website. I sent Mr. Moore an email asking him about it and praising F911.

21. This "quote" appears to be a misrepesentation of his

letter of 9/12/01. The "quote" is synopsis taken out of context, boiled down to cause rage. Go to his site and read it.

The letter does not blame Americans -- it blames the government and references the suspected ties the administration has to shady sorts. I suppose you could say it asks the questions that his movie asks.
